Celebrating the First-Ever Men's
Open the Door to a Better Future Program

WHAT: To celebrate the program completion of a six-month training and work placement program, Open the Door to Better Futures, funded and delivered by the Region of Peel. This is the first time the program has been open to male candidates.

7 to 9 p.m.


13 graduates and their mentors will celebrate the beginning of anew chapter in their lives. Media will have the opportunity to meet and interview program managers, graduates and the mentors who have supported their journey over the last six months.

The Human Services Department supports full participation by all residents in the economic, social and cultural life of the Region by providing a continuum of supports. The department works collaboratively with other Peel agencies to improve the opportunities and quality of life for children, families and individuals living in Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon.
