Regional Child Care Centres Closed on Feb. 2, 2011
BRAMPTON, ON. (Feb. 2, 2011) Ė The Region of Peelís Learn.Play.Care. Child Care Centres will be closed today because of adverse weather conditions.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, the Region of Peelís Children's Services Division follows the direction of the Peel District School Board (PDSB) in determining whether the Learn.Play.Care. Centres will remain open. All Regional child care centres will close when the PDSB closes its schools. School bus cancellations do not necessarily mean that centres are closed.
As weather conditions moderate, please visit the Peel District School Board website www.peel.edu.on.ca or listen to local news reports for updates on school re-openings.
The Human Services department supports full participation by all residents in the economic, social and cultural life of the Region by providing a continuum of supports.
