Storm Update: Region of Peelís Transhelp Bus Service
TransHelp recommends clients cancel their scheduled trip for today by phone who do not need to travel. TransHelp will be operating on a reduced service schedule due to weather conditions.
TransHelp will be transporting clients that must travel today. TransHelp will not charge clients who cancel their ride today due to weather. Vehicles may be delayed due to weather.
- Essential rides for Dialysis will continue.
- Expect delays in travel times.
- No charge or penalty for rides cancelled by passengers today.
Caledon customers serviced by our partner Caledon Community Services should contact Caledon Community Services for operational information.
All clients must call the Customer Contact Center to cancel rides prior to their pick up time. TransHelpís full service will resume as soon as conditions improve.

TransHelp provides transit to those with functional mobility problems, is physically unable to climb or descend stairs in conventional transit facilities. TransHelp services the Regional Municipality Peel which includes the Cities of Brampton and Mississauga and the Town of Caledon.
