Stairway to Health
The Stairway to Health program is a simple and fun way for employees to get active and staying active.
How does it work?
The program helps employees increase their physical activity in the workplace by encouraging them to take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Recent evidence suggests workplace programs that promote moderate intensity lifestyle activities - like stair climbing - are more likely to be successful than programs with structured vigorous intensity exercise (Kerr et. al., 2001).
