|THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL|
|BY-LAW NUMBER 54-2013|
A by-law to provide for the Regional Corporation’s consent to permit an encroachment onto parts of Regional Road 1 (Mississauga Road) in the City of Brampton.
WHEREAS Havenwood Properties (Central) Limited, the owner of the lands and premises described as Part of Lot 2, Concession 4, West of Hurontario Street, and designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Reference Plan 43R-18774; Part of Lot 3, Concession 4, West of Hurontario Street, and designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 43R-18768, save and except Part 3 on Reference Plan 43R-19070, Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 on Reference Plan 43R-22078, Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Reference Plan 43R-24205, and Parts 1 and 2 on Reference Plan 43R-34124; Part of Lots 3 and 4, Concession 4, West of Hurontario Street, and designated as Part 1 and 2 on Reference Plan 43R-19070, save and except Part 6 on Reference Plan 43R-22078, save and except Parts 2, 3, 5, and 12 on Reference Plan 43R-34837, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Chinguacousy) , Regional Municipality of Peel, has requested permission to maintain and use certain structures or improvements upon the public highway (the “Encroachment”);
AND WHEREAS pursuant to Section 11(3) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, the Regional Corporation may pass a by-law respecting encroachments on Regional roads;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on the 13th day of June, 2013 authorized the enactment of a by-law authorizing the encroachment;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
