|THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL|
|BY-LAW NUMBER 50-2013|
A by-law to provide for the Regional Corporation’s consent to permit an encroachment onto parts of Regional Road 10 (Bovaird Drive) in the City of Brampton.
WHEREAS Riotrin Properties (Brampton) Inc., the owner of the lands and premises described as Part Lots 11 and 12, Concession 3, East of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Chinguacousy), Regional Municipality of Peel, designated as Part of Lots 11 and 12, Concession 3, East of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Chinguacousy), Regional Municipality of Peel, designated as Parts 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 30, 31, 34, 35, 36, and 37 on Reference Plan 43R-23376, save and except for Parts 7, 8, 9, 21, and 22 on Reference Plan 43R-24833, has requested permission to maintain and use certain structures or improvements upon the public highway (the “Encroachment”);
AND WHEREAS pursuant to Section 11(3) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, the Regional Corporation may pass a by-law respecting encroachments on Regional roads;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on the 9th day of May, 2013 authorized the enactment of a by-law authorizing the encroachment;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
