|THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL|
|BY-LAW NUMBER 71-2012|
A by-law to provide for the Regional Corporation’s consent to permit an encroachment onto parts of Regional Road 14 (Mayfield Road) in the City of Brampton.
WHEREAS Peel Standard Condominium Corporation No. 911, the owner of the lands and premises described as All of the Common Elements, Peel Standard Condominium Plan No. 911, City of Brampton, Regional Municipality of Peel, as in PIN Number’s 19911-0001(LT) to 19911-0046(LT) has requested permission to maintain and use certain structures or improvements upon the public highway (the “encroachment”);
AND WHEREAS pursuant to Section 11(3) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, the Regional Corporation may pass a by-law respecting encroachments on Regional roads;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on the 28th day of June, 2012 authorized the enactment of a by-law authorizing the encroachment;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
