THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL
BY-LAW NUMBER 41-2000
A by-law to provide for the Regional Corporation's consent to permit an encroachment onto parts of Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road), in the City of Mississauga.
WHEREAS Petro-Canada, the owner of the lands and premises described as:
Part of Block C, Registered Plan 726, City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel
AND WHEREAS pursuant to, Section 210 (107) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter M.45, as amended, the Regional Corporation may permit encroachments onto Regional roads;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by Resolution passed on the 1st of June, 2000 authorized the enactment of a by-law authorizing the said encroachment;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
1. Petro-Canada is hereby authorized to maintain certain encroachments upon the public highway known as Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road), as described herein and in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Encroachment Agreement dated the 23rd day of March, 2000, between the Regional Municipality of Peel and Petro-Canada, with respect to Part of Block C, Registered Plan 726, City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel.
2. That Schedule "A" attached to this by-law is included and shall be considered part of this By-law.
3. That the Encroachment Agreement attached to this by-law as Schedule "A" be executed on behalf of the Regional Corporation by the Regional Solicitor and the Regional Clerk and the corporate seal affixed thereto.
