Three Readings
:

By-law 40-2010: A by-law to reduce the speed limit on Regional Road 1 (Mississauga Road) from 70 km/h to 60 km/h from 240 metres south of Highway 407 to 1190 metres south of Regional Road 6 (Embleton Road) and to amend By-law Number 57-2005 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel. (Deferred from the June 3, 2010 Regional Council meeting)

By-law 47-2010: A by-law to reduce the speed limit on Regional Road 14 (Mayfield Road) from 80 km/h to 60 km/h from Regional Road 50 (Highway 50) to 150 metres west of Pillsworth Road and to amend By-law Number 57-2005 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel.

By-law 48-2010: A by-law to reduce the speed limit on Regional Road 19 (Winston Churchill Boulevard) from 70 km/h to 60 km/h from 2,400 metres south of Regional Road 9 (King Street) to 100 metres north of Regional Road 12 (Olde Base Line Road) and to amend By-law Number 57-2005 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel.

By-law 49-2010: A by-law to accept, assume and dedicate lands for public highway purposes.

By-law 50-2010: A by-law to authorize the borrowing upon sinking fund debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $300,000,000.00 for the capital works of The Regional Municipality of Peel and of The Corporation of the Town of Caledon. (To be distributed when available)

By-law 51-2010: A by-law to authorize the borrowing upon instalment debentures in the principal amount of $10,000,000.00 for the capital works of The Regional Municipality of Peel. (To be distributed when available)
