8. BY-LAWS

 .Three Readings

By-law 32-2010: A by-law to allocate federal gas tax revenue funds to the City of Brampton, the City of Mississauga and the Town of Caledon for the year 2010.

By-law 33-2010: A by-law to amend By-law 105-2009, titled "A by-law under the Retail Business Holidays Act to permit business establishments in the vicinity of the Square One Shopping Centre in the City of Mississauga to be open on holidays for the maintenance or development of tourism". (See also Reports - Item 7.2.a)

By-law 34-2010: A by-law to adopt Regional Official Plan Amendment Number 24 to the Region of Peel Official Plan in order to amend policies related to Growth Management, Employment Areas and Greenbelt Conformity.
