 a) Three Readings:

By-law 92-2009: A by-law to designate west to south dual left turn lanes, south to east dual left turn lanes and an east to south right turn lane at the intersection of Regional Road 14 (Mayfield Road) and Hurontario Street, an east to south right turn lane at the intersection of Regional Road 14 (Mayfield Road) and Colonel Bertram Road and a shared centre left turn lane on Regional Road 14 (Mayfield Road) 50 metres west of Valley View Drive to Summer Valley Drive and to amend By-law Number 57-2005 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel.

By-law 102-2009: A by-law to designate dual west to south left turn lanes, at the intersection of Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road) at Drew Road and to amend By-law Number 57-2005 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel.

By-law 104-2009: A by-law to provide for the Regional Corporation's consent to permit an encroachment onto parts of Regional Road 50 in the Town of Caledon.

By-law 105-2009: A by-law under the Retail Business Holidays Act to permit retail business establishments in and in the vicinity of the Square One Shopping Centre in the City of Mississauga to be open on holidays for the maintenance or development of tourism.
