Three Readings:

By-law 48-2009: A by-law to amend By-law 91-2007 titled "A by-law to regulate the collection of waste in the Region of Peel."

By-law 49-2009: A by-law to accept, assume and dedicate lands for public highway purposes.

By-law 50-2009: A by-law to authorize the Regional Chair and the Chief Financial Officer and Commissioner of Corporate Services to execute the Letter of Agreement between the Province of Ontario and the Regional Municipality of Peel related to funding provided by the Province of Ontario to the Regional Municipality of Peel under the Ontario Municipal Transportation Demand Management Grant Program.

By-law 51-2009: A by-law to establish a reserve fund for the maintenance of the dedicated Ontario Municipal Transportation Demand Management Grant associated with the development of the Interactive Web-based Active Transportation Map.

By-law 53-2009: A by-law to establish percentages by which tax decreases are limited for 2009 for properties in the commercial, industrial and multi-residential property classes.

By-law 54-2009: A by-law to designate a north to west left turn lane and shared northbound through/north to east right turn lane, at the intersection of Regional Road 5 (Derry Road West) at Maritz Drive and to amend By-law Number 57-2005 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel.

By-law 55-2009: A by-law to implement a "U" turn prohibition on Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road) 110 metres north of Eglinton Avenue and to amend By-law Number 57-2005 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

By-law 56-2009: A by-law to authorize an Application for Approval to Expropriate Land being Part of Lot 6, Concession 10 Northern Division, in the City of Brampton (formerly Township of Toronto Gore), and Part of Block 142, Registered Plan 43M-1549, City of Brampton, Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 25, 26, 27 and 28 on Reference Plan 43R-32796.

By-law 57-2009: A by-law to authorize an Application for Approval to Expropriate Land being Part of Lot 7, Concession 10 Northern Division, in the City of Brampton (formerly Township of Toronto Gore), Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Part 17 on Reference Plan 43R-32796.

By-law 58-2009: A by-law to authorize an Application for Approval to Expropriate Land being Part of Lot 7, Concession 10 Northern Division, in the City of Brampton (formerly Township of Toronto Gore), Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Part 18 on Reference Plan 43R-32796.

By-law 66-2009: A by-law to prohibit stopping on both sides of Regional Road 50 (Highway 50) from a point 250 metres south of Ebenezer Road to Ebenezer Road and to amend By-law Number 57-2005 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.
