Three Readings


By-law 1-2009: A by-law to authorize the construction of a sanitary sewer on Portway Avenue, including 1500 Ifield Road, in the City of Mississauga, Ward 8, and undertake such work as a local improvement.

By-law 2-2009: A by-law to provide for the Regional Corporation’s consent to permit an encroachment onto parts of Regional Road 107 (Bovaird Drive) in the City of Brampton. (See also Items Related to Management – Item MA-A1)

By-law 3-2009: A by-law to stop-up, close, and deprive of its character as part of the public highway those lands described as Part of Lots 17 and 18 and Part of the Road Allowance between Lots 17 and 18, Concession 2 East of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton, (formerly Township of Chinguacousy), Regional Municipality of Peel, identified as Part 2 on Reference Plan 43R-32536 known as Regional Road 14 (Mayfield Road).
