Three Readings


By-law 43-2006: A by-law to designate a Community Safety Zone on Regional Road 24 (Charleston Sideroad) 400 metres east and west of Regional Road 16 (Kennedy Road) and to extend the westerly limit of the Community Safety Zone on Regional Road 14 (Mayfield Road) 185 metres west of Bramalea Road and to amend By-law Number 57-2005 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

By-law 44-2006: A by-law to amend By-law 39-2001, being a by-law governing the execution of documents on behalf of The Regional Municipality of Peel.

By-law 45-2006: A by-law to increase the quorum required for the Council and General Committee of the Regional Corporation to 13 members following upon the increase of the size of the Council of the Regional Corporation enacted by the Regional Municipality of Peel Act, 2005.
