By-law 40-2006: A by-law to authorize the execution of a Municipal Funding Agreement for the Transfer of Federal Public Transit Funds with the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) which will allow AMO to release the federal public transit funds to the Region of Peel. (See also Items Related to Management – Item MA-D1)

By-law 41-2006: A by-law to authorize the establishment of a reserve fund for the receipt of Federal Public Transit Funds under the Municipal Funding Agreement (MFA) for the Transfer of Federal Public Transit Funds with the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO). (See also Items Related to Management – Item MA-D1)
