Three Readings


By-law 36-2003: A by-law to reduce the posted speed limit on Regional Road 9 (King Street) from 80 km/h to 60 km/h from 385 metres west of the westerly intersection of Regional Road 9 and Connaught Crescent to the Canadian Pacific Railway tracks and to amend By-law Number 41-2001 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

By-law 37-2003: A by-law to establish a Percentage by which Tax Decreases are limited for 2003 for Properties in the Commercial, Industrial and Multi-Residential Property Classes.
