By-law 57-2002: A by-law to stop-up, close, and deprive of its character as part of the public highway the lands being described as Part of Lot 5 and 6, Concession 10, Northern Division, City of Brampton, Regional Municipality of Peel, and more particularly described as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 20 on Reference Plan 43R-24888, known as Ebenezer Road and transfer Parts 1, 2, 15, 16 and 20 on Reference Plan 43R-24888 to 1238018 Ontario Limited.
By-law 63-2002: A by-law to accept, assume and dedicate lands for public highway purposes.
By-law 64-2002: A by-law to requisition from the lower tier municipalities a sum not exceeding 50 percent of the amount that in By-law 21-2002 was to be raised in each lower tier municipality before the adoption of the final Regional estimates for the year 2003.
By-law 65-2002: A by-law to authorize the Temporary Borrowing of Monies to meet Current Expenditures pending receipt of Revenues.

By-law 67-2002: A by-law to set new sewer charge rates imposed by the Regional Corporation pursuant to By-law Number 19-77, as amended, titled "To provide for imposing on and collecting from the owners or occupants of lands within the Regional Municipality of Peel a sewer charge to cover the cost of the establishment, construction, maintenance, operation and financing of the sanitary sewage system of the Regional Municipality of Peel".
