Three Readings


By-law 4-2002: A by-law to prohibit eastbound to westbound and westbound to eastbound U-turns on Regional Road 10 (Bovaird Drive) at Mountainash Road, and to amend By-law Number 41-2001 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

By-law 6-2002: A by-law to amend By-law 11-2001 titled “A by-law to impose fees for services and activities provided by The Regional Municipality of Peel or for the use of its Property”.

By-law 9-2002: A by-law to delegate to the Council of each area municipality the authority to pass a by-law establishing tax ratios and setting out a method by which the portion of Regional levies that will be raised in each area municipality can be determined.
