Three Readings

By-law 44-2001: A by-law to establish a percentage by which tax decreases are limited for 2001 for properties in the commercial, industrial and multi-residential property classes. (To be distributed when available) (See also Reports – Item 7a)

By-law 45-2001: A by-law to impose development charges against lands to pay for increased capital costs required because of increased needs for GO Transit Service arising from development within the Regional Municipality of Peel. (Deferral to the October 4, 2001 Regional Council Meeting Recommended) (See also Reports - Item 7b)
