Three Readings
   

By-law 5-2001: A by-law to implement a stopping prohibition on both sides of Regional Road 10 (Bovaird Drive) from a point 70 metres west of Mountainash Road to a point 230 metres east of Mountainash Road, to implement a stopping prohibition on both sides of Regional Road 107 (Queen Street) from Chrysler Drive/Gateway Boulevard to Torbram Road, and to amend By-law Number 48-94 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel. (See also Reports - Items Related to Public Works - Item PW-B2)

By-law 6-2001: A by-law to delegate to the Council of each area municipality the authority to pass a by-law establishing tax ratios and setting out a method by which the portion of Regional levies that will be raised in each area municipality can be determined. (See also Reports - Items Related to Management - Item M-C3)

City of Brampton Traffic By-law 23-2001: To amend By-law 93-93, as amended, for the regulation of a parking prohibition in the City of Brampton.

City of Mississauga Traffic By-law 618-2000: To amend By-law 444-79, as amended, for the regulation of no stopping in the City of Mississauga.

City of Mississauga Traffic By-law 619-2000: To amend By-law 444-79, as amended, for the regulation of maximum rate of speed in the City of Mississauga.

City of Mississauga Traffic By-law 620-2000: To amend By-law 444-79, as amended, for the regulation of through highways in the City of Mississauga.

City of Mississauga Traffic By-law 621-2000: To amend By-law 444-79, as amended, for the regulation of stop signs in the City of Mississauga.

City of Mississauga Traffic By-law 18-2001: To amend By-law 444-79, as amended, for the regulation of no stopping, through highways and stop signs in the City of Mississauga.
